If you were grandfathered into Nextflix’s $7.99 pricing for High Def Streaming back in May of 2014…the sand is about to run out in the hourglass! Starting next month grandfathered customers will see a $2.00 increase in their monthly billing. That might not sound like much, but considering the low cost of Netflix, that’s still a 25% rate hike!
You can check your account to see when the increase will take place. It varies based on each individual’s billing cycle.
If you are considering becoming a Netflix customer, you may want to jump onboard now before the next rate hike happens in October. This time it will only affect *NEW* Netflix Customers.
